lose weight

If its not real gyno and youre just fat, lose weight. If its real gyno, then surgery. But you wont know which it is until you lose weight, so start fasting, fatty.

surgery,
I'm day 14 post op
best decision of my life

>fasting
he wants to lose weight so he needs to do something that works not fad bullshit

sneed

>Not eating food doesn't make you lose weight
Imagine being retarded

You've never fasted if you think it "doesn't work" lol

fasting isn't "not eating food"
it's not eating for a period of time, the amount you eat in your "feeding window" isn't by default in a deficit you fucking retard

a standard diet works the same as fasting in a deficit

t. Kellogg's funded nutrition scientist

You're confusing IF/OMAD with actual fasting.

Real fasting is not eating for 2-4 days or longer with electrolytes and water, which forces the body in a ketogenic state to use fat, you're thinking of intermittent fasting which only works if you restrict calories

try raloxifene it blocks the receptors on your breast tissue ore something like that.
look into that.
best chance for you if you dont want to have surgery

ok I stand corrected, I take back what what I said

With a surgery
I did that last year and it's the only good decision I took in my life, you'll be rendered useless and will have to be in bed for about 2 months (my case), so choose a time of the year where you won't have to do anything

How long/painful is the recovery? What was the price range for the surgery and when can you start lifting again? Also are the scars always visible?

I'm in the UK average price is between 3000 and 5000 at private hospitals but you can get it for half the price if you go private with the NHS
mine cost £1800 for sides because I chose to have it done under local anesthetic instead of general, with general anesthetic it would of cost £2100

the first day when the anesthetic wears off it hurts and throbs a lot but second day the pain is easily manageable. You have like 10 days off limited moving around and after that you start to feel normal again
the only pain killers i used were paracetamol.
I'm starting lifting again on Monday which will be like 17 days post op

the scars are still fresh but their around my areola and their healing really well so you won't even be able to see them once their fully healed.

>start eating less
>notice stretch marks start to form around my chest about 3 weeks later
>Can't tell if it's because my tits are going away, or getting worse because while I cut snacks entirely, I still have a bad habbit of eating large meals and I'm worried my meals have become even bigger since I'm hungrier by dinner time
>Afraid to weigh myself and find out if im losing or gaining weight

scissors an a sewing kit

what type of surgery did you get to be in bed for 2 month? did you get loose skin and stuff taken off and or lypo? I just had the glands removed, they we pretty big both around 40grams in weight, but I was on my feet the next day just a little sore

>You have like 10 days off limited moving around and after that you start to feel normal again
Shid, thanks for the info user. Hope you heal up fine

start tracking your portions and stick to it

>new stretchmarks forming
You definitely gained weight user
You don't get them from losing weight

Not him, but old stretch marks can become much more visible when you lose weight. He might not be gaining them, but just noticing ones that are showing up due to weight loss.

Or he's gaining.
Quit being a pussy and weigh yourself

>Not him, but old stretch marks can become much more visible when you lose weight. He might not be gaining them, but just noticing ones that are showing up due to weight loss.
You could be right, but that hasn't been my experience

Thanks man, this was 2 days ago, 12 days post op after I got my check up with the surgeon, the scars have healed better already

>How long/painful is the recovery?
I couldn't move my arms (because you have to let the chest muscle rest, obviously) in ways that would activate the chest muscles (so no movement at all), in terms of pain the muscle were just sore, nothing that you never experienced

>when can you start lifting again?
I don't remember exactly but I think my doctor said I could've gone back to lifting normally about 1-2 weeks after my full recovery (no pain, no need to clean the area, etc)

>Also are the scars always visible
No scars, I look like if I never had gyno in the first place

>What was the price range for the surgery
Didn't had to pay because free healthcare till certain age in the shithole I live in

only got the glands removed, I could go out and do shit but I chose to not do anything and stay in bed

are puffy nipples gyno? they look completely fine when im cold will cutting help?

do you have any hard lumps behind your nips?

I don't know if I have gyno or not anons. when my nipples are hard my chest is more or less flat but they do kind of stick out. when its warm they get kinda puffy which is fairly visible. I have never had pain from my nipples but I do have a hard lump behind them. what the hell do normal people feel behind their nipples then? also I'm kind of fat and have a belly so imma need to lose the weight to know for sure although it may seem like I hold a lot of fat around my chest. can't post a pic of myself cos I'm paranoid + have body image problems

MOST OF YOU MOTHERFUCKERS ARE JUST FAT.

gyno is pretty rare and there's no gyno epidemic. you're just fat and your genetics and high levels of estrogen have decided that the fat will go to your breast and hip area.

eat less and work out more

very small yes, but the puffy nipples are the problem really.

loose weight first, if it's gyno or not it'll look better when you're leaner as the extra fat makes the nipple puffy, and even if it is gyno and you want surgery it's better to be a bit leaner for it otherwise you'll be charged more for lypo aswell as removing the gland.
I don't know what normal people feel under their nipples as i had gyno from puberty so i always had lumps

the puffy nipples will be from fat not the gland. get leaner you'll look and feel better then you'll be able to judge properly. It's pointless getting stressed and worried now when you can do something to improve your situation so diet get lean then access the situation

I appreciate the reply user. at this moment I have basically never worn a t shirt outside ever and dont even do it at home, even tho 90% of the time when I wear hoodies and sweatshirts my chest looks flat. time to up the cardio I guess

ye I've been pretty lean like 12% bf before, but still had them. I guess ill cut to a really low bf this year and see how it goes.
