He's not big, at all. His only impressive features are his abs and lats, because he basically only trained calisthenics and those are the two features that calisthenics will develop really well. Big lats, especially in the pose he's doing, will make you look a lot wider. If you're going for the Bruce Lee look, spend a lot of time on pullups, leg raises, v sits, etc. eventually move into more advanced movements like front levers, one arm pullups, flags, dragon flags.
This was before MMA when traditional martial arts got exposed for the shit show they were. Back when having a black belt in karate made you a badass. Back when you could tell people that the moves you knew we're too deadly to be used in competition and they'd actually buy it. He was fast as fuck and could do a bunch of flashy shit so people thought he was the ultimate warrior.

I was being brief, there are a lot of intermediate steps in between those two classes, it can take years of gradual progression into harder variations until you can do any of those advanced movements properly.

Its insane what you can do once you put your mind to it. I used to be able to do one arm pushups. Never was able to do one finger push ups, it was pretty fun belting 60 oapu in jrotc.
But there's always points where I can't progress at anything, while right before I was doing super well. I went from not even being able to to handstands, to being able to do 10+ handstand pushups in less than two months, and since then I haven't been able to really progress. I got to 14 and then never managed to beat that. It's been over a year.
