Not OP but that's easily doable, eating steaks and some salad gets me up to 170+g, while still having about 500 kcal left for other stuff.

I kinda did this, I ate 200 more calories and had an 800 deficit. I just don't want to starve my muscle away (I know it's probably a myth).
