I feel like I must post in this thread. I literally have not weighed under 180 in over 9 years.

You never mentioned the metric of progess that you were looking for, but as far as I'm concerned, this has been an incredible feat of strength and discipline I weight 199.6 in March. I've lost 20 lbs since then.

You motivates you OP? What do you hope to achieve? I believe you can do it. Easy my friend.

thread related: honestly this past year has been amazing for me health/gym/size/fitness-wise. I don't need motivation anymore. I just do it everyday.

This is more of a mire thing, but I hit some new progress while doing it
>supplement lifting with bodyweight skill work
>only a couple weeks in and can almost do a proper back lever
>get invited to friends birthday thing at a trampoline park
>park has long pieces of fabric for "aerial arts" shit, so i decide to treat it like rings
>shit is much easier to handle than rings
>get into position, wind up doing one legged lever and hold it for a bit
>overhear hot teen girls say "how did he do that?"

The moral of the story is don't neglect bodyweight shit. It's fun as fuck and impressive to normies

While not extraordinary in terms of speed or volume, I feel so much better.

I've gone from around 27% body fat, depressed, unmotivated, unemployed, addicted to cigarettes and video games to around 20% bf, motivated, non-smoking, semi-addicted to video games and... still unemployed.

Still a huge improvement and I'm glad to be instilling some good habits among the pre-existing vices.

Dont neglect your rotator cuff. I started training the little muscles with theraband and it gave the shoulder stability i needed for bench to skyrocket

In terms of bodyweight currently on some plateau, even though I'm cutting at this moment. But there's a solid progress in terms of strength. Hoping to achieve LMAO2PL8 at benching by the end of June.

i do a murph challenge every single say, outside, shirtless, no matter the weather. i haven't missed one yet and i started in mid october. i do them in 20 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats and wear my 20lbs vest
