you look fine. if you want to get big and swole, go to the gym instead of just using a pull-up bar and rubber bands or whatever. if you can't afford to go to the gym, do calisthenics or hoist rocks or something. go swimming. try getting a job that lets you lift heavy-ass weights or that gives you a discount at the gym or something, or see if a friend can hook you up with a membership. save up for some weights or something if you want.
You've got some serious body dysmorphia, you look good dude. You've got great arms, and your torso is solid. Do more chest isolation and add weight to pulls/chins, eat at maintenance and you'll be golden.

I'm talking about your caloric balance i.e. how much you're eating.
Eating at maintenance means you're not eating enough to gain or lose weight, while eating at a slight surplus (200-300 above maintenance) should put about half a pound a week on your frame.

Depends on your preference. You can cut more for deep abdominal cuts, or you can start bulking up for more size. You're fairly skinny and seem insecure about it, so I'd suggest bulking.

For looks just cut 5 kilo down and lift heavy. You will loose some strength while cutting but you will look way stronger. Girls don't know your strength, so just cut and don't stand near strong guys. 1500 kalories a day will do. Specific exercises won't do anything, stick to the compound lifts and some extra where you think you have deficits.
