I'm going to up my reading habits and will be hitting the gym 3x/weekly again. I've been swamped by exams for my master's.

I hope to get my squat back up to 150kg x5 from 135kg x5 where it is right now.

As for c25k, go with your own tempo. Remember to rest your legs on your off days. The first few weeks can be intense for your calves. :-)

I'm doing low-cal as well! There's 9kcal in a gram of fat and only 4kcal in a gram of protein or carbs! Low-fat is good for your heart too!

I'll soon be running 50km a week! I just have to start slow! And I'm going to start yoga and maybe do the routine from r/bodyweightfitness!

Is vegan good for you? I'm not sure I could give up meat! And eggs are zero WW points so I'm trying to eat lots of them. I am trying to mainly eat lean meats like chicken and turkey though!!
