finally deadlifted 200 kg at 78 kg bodyweight
Finally deadlifted 200 kg at 78 kg bodyweight
Well done user, I’m proud of you
thanks bro
Awesome stuff mate!
How did you train for that?
high reps dedlifts when my lower back started to hurt
low reps high weight when my lower back felt fine
at which frequency do you one rep max?
Yeah, sounds reasonable enough.
Currently only at 100kg at the same bodyweight, so quite weak.
Having trouble with my lower right side though, as it always gives out first.
Going to work even harder. A guy at my gym has lifted 300kg at maybe 85-90kg.
almost never, mostly train in the 5-12 rep range
deadlifts is the only lift i need to work less to improve the most, unlike for example pressing, pushing or pulling movements
hip thrusts help as well, 300 kg would be damn good to pull
Deadlift always felt good to me too, but I never pulled heavy weight and years of sitting have taken there toll.
Pressing on the other hand was always something I shied away from, but 1pl OHP came pretty easy for some reason. Currently working on 1,5pl there.
Hip Thrust is something I need incorporate, yeah. Thanks for sharing.
>gunna do 250kg @ 80kg soon
>and a 220kg squat
>and a 145kg bench
we khemmin
n8 man do you compete at something ? whats your curl max and overhead press max ?
Never curl maxed and ohp is 90kg x5. Rarely press in low ranges.
and to answer your question, yes I compete and coach
do you just not train ohp? seems low for how much you put up on other lifts
what sport do you compete in ? also your age ?
generally extremely strong lower body people have relative weak upper body, and ridiculous strong upper body people have weak lower bodies
look at kyriakos gryzzly, he can curl 315 pounds but cant deadlift over 600 lbs lol
Are you using mixed grip? If so, stop and start using straps and overhand grip
.
No always overhand, never used straps.
Those (and maybe a belt might be a good idea)
i see your plans and up you with
gonna do 300 dead, 260 squat and 200 bench at 87 kg
