I'm ~260 myself, would ellipticals and elliptical bikes be alright? I've been working out on them for 30-40 minutes each for the last 2 weeks as well as weight machines. I dont think ive felt any pain in my knees so far but I've dropped from ~290 since 2 months ago

I started limiting my calories recently and I only eat after 6pm. My problem is that even after eating a meal with most of my daily calories, I still feel I weird hunger. It's not that my stomach is empty because it's not, but I feel a hunger in my throat. is this normal?

I have a similar issue,I believe it's related to an insulin spike after a large meal. Your blood sugar drops in response to insulin and, at least in my case, I get cravings for sweets immediately after a meal. Ironically, the biggest risk area for binging for me is following a big dinner.

Had 4 beers (ipas) and I ordered what I thought was a bratwurst, but WOOPS it was a double cheeseburger. However, I lifted super hard and heavy today, and ran 7 miles today. This was the first time I hung out with people in about a year, so I think the 800ish calories in beer was worth it. I'll just do a double run tomorrow to make up for the beers.

Knowing what generally triggers cravings is already a great start. For myself, I prefer a few smaller meals throughout the day, and if you don't want to change your meal habits, get something sweet with great volume but low calorie. My go-to are those water bottle flavor packets, two sticks of those in two 500ml bottles of water, down them real quick and your stomach is instantly full, you satisfy your sweet cravings and you only spend about 20 calories.

I was actually thinking about going to get a half sweet, half unsweet tea to see if that helped
