You've got a weak jaw and a bulbous nose. Consider growing a beard for the jaw, the nose is basically just something you have to accept, it's not a huge deal. Continue your cut until you get some actual definition in your face. That, a bit of muscle (you are lifting right?), and a better haircut and you'll be good. You don't have the genetics to be handsome, but you can definitely achieve above average.

Long/medium hair is fine but you still need to get a proper cut and style if you want it to look good. Jon Snow has a team of stylists prettying him up for every shot, it doesn't come effortlessly.

i dont even know what low fat means i use cronometer to get all my micronutrients in and make sure i get some protein and thats it i do some cardio and lift some weights some times ive lost 25 kilos which is between 30 and 45 lbs in 8 months

Low fat is less than 20% calories from fat. You could even do less than 10% since you have so much fat on your body.
