did he do thyroid tests? regardless, you said you were benching 95kg in your home gym. that's almost 2 plates, respectable weight, contrary to what many other members on this board will say. rereading it, you just stopped because you were cutting and getting weaker? just stick it through and maybe go on a milder cut. if you give up you're definitely gonna get weaker, don't resign yourself to failure just because you had to drop some weight during a cut
