In what order did you achieve 1/2/3/4?
I got a 4pl8 deadlift first but I only just got made it to 80kg bench today. Feels good to finally hit all four though.

I made it to 2pl8 bench and 1pl8 OHP at around the same time, maybe OHP a bit earlier. OHP before 2pl8 squat and bench a bit after. All before 3pl8 DL. I don't know what's wrong with you t rex motherfuckers.

In case this somehow isn't bait... Are you lifting the plates with your bare hands?

Ive hit 2pl8 bench first, have yet to hit 3pl8 DL

Hitting ohp 1pl8 was easy as fuck. Bench 2pl8 was easy as well. Now I press 1.25 for reps and bench 2.5 for reps.
Then came squat 3pl8 and I am still struggling for the 4pl8 deadlift (at 3.75 rn)
Seriously lifting for 2-3 months now

squat -> ohp -> bench -> dl
actually got bench and dl on the same week so it could have been either one

1, 3, 4 and I'm close to 2 but I bench very little

OHP -> Deadlift -> Bench -> Squat

is what I'm expecting. OHP was easy and I did it a lot earlier than deadlift. Bench I still haven't gotten, but I hit 215lbs pretty comfortably a week or two ago so I think I'll be able to get 2pl8 soon. My squat is shit and I have no idea when I'll even come close to 3pl8. Does anyone have any advice? Any really good videos on form? I'm 6' and 170lbs, and feel like my leverages are just so much better for deadlift than squats, but I still feel like I'm doing something seriously wrong for it to be that low.
