What a fucking mediocre trainer Cavaliere is jesus christ

what a fucking mediocre trainer Cavaliere is jesus christ
this guy has been under his wings for YEARS and all he got is that teenage curlbro look

what does he know now? bicep curls?

what a fucking waste of time

That channel has always been clickbait dogshit but there are some decent tips in there. But you have to ask yourself if you want to sift through the garbage to find the gold

did you watch the video, he literally says how he knows he doesnt eat enough and that he also had some head issues that made it hard to train consistently at first

its just genetics, no way he s training with jeff and he doesn't know about proper nutrition or routine.

Don't really follow Jeff anymore but this dude can probably do more of any workout at higher weight than any of you dyels

It's just genetics. He's naturally slim like that.

Is this the guy with some kind of chronic brain aneurysm concussion tumor that left him unable to do strenuous exercise and Captain Cavalier built a program for him that would allow him to build muscle without his brain exploding which resulted in him fixing his body and the doctor saying his brain was no longer in danger of gushing out his ears?

Or is this someone else?

He doesnt make as much money as jeff why would he bother? Also jeff is not natural

someone else

Jesse has health issues man, and he's a hungry skellington who refuses to eat, looks better than 90% of Jow Forums still

guy went through a car accident

>not eating enough is genetic

kys skelly

nah this was jesse respect to him

are we gonna pretend some dudes aren't naturally spooky skellingtons

How do you figure? Jeff won't even take whey.

there are some people who have degenerative diseases and cannot put on muscle mass at all but it's not the case here, the guy simply doesn't eat enough/trains poorly

I dare one of you to prove you have a better body than Jesse

People have smaller frames naturally, yes. But anyone can gain weight unless you have cancer or AIDS. Yeah, it’s hard for them due to appetite but it’s not impossible especially if you know that you need to eat more. Same goes for fatties. Some people are naturally bigger but that doesn’t mean they can’t lose weight

I thought this was the guy with brain damage

hehe sure just one carrot cake a year its just about discipline ;) 100% natty

Jeff doesn't want him getting too big. He'd feel less manly when he raw dogs him.

And you even gloss over the fact that he cuts himself out of guilt after having that carrot cake.

Are you thinking about the piss lord?

If Jesse works out with normal intensity, his brain will literally leak out of his ears. Dude had like 30 concussions, he's like Jackie Chan of head trauma.

>Jesse has a natty 8pack
>Jeff has a manlet cope 6pack

Based. I don't know who's worse, auschwitz fags who think not eating enough is all muh genetics' fault or lardasses who think their genetics somehow force litres of soda and huge fucking chocolate muffins down their throats

Jesse has had multiple concussions, like 20 or so. If he gets too frisky pumping, he gets fucked up. The fact that he's putting any muscle on is a miracle

According to my mom I had around 20 concussions as a child. I have autism and an IQ of 90, but at least I can still lift heavy

Did you pick the max stone preset?

No. I just fell on my head alot

this is what happens when you try to be lean year round

BULK, EAT, BUILD THE MUSCLES YES

Jesse doesn't work out

Good work on those hip flexors, Jesse. I can tell you have a good hip hinge during dead lifts oh yeah right there

Hm. Not sure this was worth the (no doubt) thousands of dollars Jeff charges. Especially when you find out this was over 2-3 years or whatever.

ICF 5x5 would do the same in 3-6 months on a healthy bulk.

That is pretty significant. And that's good stuff for a dain bramaged lanklet with admitted eating issues. He needed to set reminders to force himself to eat. 2 - 3 years includes times fucking up or being off track. It's not just about making him huge, his body is getting fixed and improved. Your image proves that much.

Natty - doesn't bulk, surprise surprise.

that's a big ass difference imo

are you two fucking delusional or just new to the game?

post bodies

I bet he's athletic as fuck though

>blaming a trainer when the problem is clearly the guy isn't eating enough

I know no one here lifts but jesus christ trying to hold trainers accountable for what their clients look like is so fucking stupid. Unless you're programming their diet and making them eat enough they're never going to gain weight past beginner level simply lifting on your program, no matter how good it is. Read the fucking sticky, plebs

>i want full range on that next rep, Jesse. Really go deep now. Oh yeah, that's it.

Why do you think Jeff's plans are so expensive?... It includes him baby birding his clients a perfect diet for packing on mass.

Cavaliere has a ton of knwoledge, but he as a fucking fearmonger and his advice does more harm than good for the average bro looking for advice on youtube.

life?

Planning the diet doesn't guarantee the client will actually eat like they should. And Jesse does admit not eating right most of the time.

Anyone can gain weight. Gaining muscle is another story. Once you get past your noob gains, it's much more difficult to gain muscle and not just fat.

absolutely

Jeff Cavaliere (name should be pronounced CAV-AL-YE-RAY) has some great content and I've learned a lot from him, but he is absolutely on gear to maintain that shredded physique and body fat percentage.

Although Jeff looks great, it is not natural, healthy, or sustainable for a human body to look like that.

I posit that Jeff has done everlasting damage to numerous complex biological systems in his body, which will eventually catch up to him.

By that time, he will have had one helluva good run in life -- better than 95% of everyone else. Which begs the question: "Is it worth it?"

Most would likely say yes.
