Hey Jow Forums, I really want to get lean and get a body like a kpop idol. What do you think of this diet plan?
Basically 1 apple in the morning, a sweet potato for lunch and 1 protein shake for dinner. Also 1 hour aerobic exercise everyday. It sounds healthy and low calorie. My friend on a kpop forum shared it with me.
you'll definitely lose weight as its a caloric deficit but it would be pretty fucking miserable and lose alot of muscle

if you're going to do it, eat the apple at lunch and stay fasted from dinner until lunch. there's no point breaking your fast with an apple, it won't stave your hunger. that diet is just heavy calorie restriction, you'd actually be better eating it all at dinnertime if you're going to do it.

Kpop stars only eat next to nothing diets like that when they need to lose weight for a comeback. You can eat 1200 kcal a day when you're at your gw and maintain.

The body literally cannot stop itself from losing both muscle and bone when in a caloric deficit. You can offset the muscle lose only by weight training while you are in catabolic mode.
