What do you think of this diet plan?

Basically 1 apple in the morning, a sweet potato for lunch and 1 protein shake for dinner. Also 1 hour aerobic exercise everyday.
It sounds healthy and low calorie.

you'll definitely lose weight as its a caloric deficit but it would be pretty fucking miserable and lose alot of muscle

maybe not depending on how many scoops are in that protein shake and now much fat OP has. remember, the body won't break down muscle until it absolutely has to.

if you're going to do it, eat the apple at lunch and stay fasted from dinner until lunch. there's no point breaking your fast with an apple, it won't stave your hunger.
that diet is just heavy calorie restriction, you'd actually be better eating it all at dinnertime if you're going to do it.

In addition to this, she likely burns a lot of calories a day from all the dance routine practice and performances, so in that case she probably eats extra on days that include this cardio.

Why is everyone in this thread acting like OP is planning to eat this way forever? They'd obviously stop at their gw, maybe around 17.5 bmi if they want to be kpop skinny and then just maintain.

The body literally cannot stop itself from losing both muscle and bone when in a caloric deficit. You can offset the muscle lose only by weight training while you are in catabolic mode.
