When I was going through a really hard and lonely time I got tempted to install and try this. Then I read about how you have to feed it an inane amount of info to it to just barely be passable. Know what I suspected it was? A thinly veiled dataminer, this is gold for advertisers. Basically what said.

The actual definition of a botnet is a network of compromised machines computers generally doing "bad" stuff, like using the local computers resources without the owners knowledge. On Jow Forums and Jow Forums botnet is generally used to refer to scam, honeypots or datamining projects/websites, basically shit that you shouldn't be doing. Datamining is bad because you're giving government agencies and advertisers sensible info that you would never tell others irl.
