previous thread: Thread dedicated to lucid dreaming and controlling your own dreams. A lucid dream is a dream wherein one is aware they're dreaming.

-------------------- LEARN EVERYTHING BELOW IN ORDER --------------------

(this is not a guide just the path you should follow in learning lucid dreaming)

>have little to no dreams at night? Control your dream

Now that you're ready for fun you are ready to learn to control your dreams

controlling your dreams is more about preference in the way you go about it

experiment with spawning items and people behind you then turning around or spawning items in your pocket or your hand

control is entirely up to the dreamer and you should do whatever method of control you want when controlling your dream.

i had a dream that i facefucked my dad and liked it

still haunts me to this day

How do you deal with sleep paralysis and the fear of sleep paralysis when learning to lucid dream?

I've had worse

wear something over your eyes
ears optional

have you actually experienced it? it isn't as scary as you might think. i've had it a couple of times and i've always been able break out of it within a few seconds, though it's not the same for everyone. if you do wake up in sleep paralysis, you're in the perfect state for inducing a wake induced lucid dream, so if you want to, close your eyes and wait and you might (re)enter a dream.
if you really don't like being in sleep paralysis though, it might help to think of it this way: you're in sleep paralysis every time you're dreaming, so it's nothing unusual for your body, you just happened to regain consciousness before it "shut off". you are no more vulnerable than you were before that point, and I've never heard of sleep paralysis lasting for more than a minute or so for anyone, and those are extreme cases.

I lucid dream mostly every night and it has made me not care about life or people at all. I'm not depressed over it.

fucking based. did you train yourself or have you always been able to?

I sold my soul (because dabbling in shit like the devil opens your subconcious and is not religious based).. I didn't no that then tho

Just do what I did, say you consider all contracts made to demons null and void and pray to Jesus

Then you lose the power to lucid dream because Jesus closes your subconcious mind (because you admit you're afraid when in reality all the devil is, is yourself)

Nah, I lucid dream just fine

Yes it depends on your mind. Believe it or not but religion has a major effect for most people, mostly brought up to fear Satan/Devil which closes the mind.

I don't fear the devil though, fear of the devil was never meant to be part of it, that's something the catholic church pushed on people. Jesus wants us to be unafraid

Exactly my friend but sadly many people (myself included till I done the ritual) are controlled by that fear and can't experience things like lucid dreaming.. personally I despise Religion for it but I'm glad I can share something in common with somebody

I barely remember any dreams I have.
I go to bed early, stay away from screens, write in a dream journal but nothing comes to me. What do I do?

Did you try focusing on your breathing and ignoring your thoughts while accepting them nonjudgmentally at the same time? It has helped me.

I've lucid dreamed three times, and all three times I immediately summoned a chick and tried to grope her. then the dream starts falling apart and I either go back into a normal dream state or wake myself up. Gonna try to be less horny in the future and just enjoy the ride until I can get better control.

My trick for that is once I realize it's a dream I don't get hung up on the thought I immediately start changing the dream and get so involved I forget it's a dream again, when things start sucking again I can just look around me at the absurdities I materialized and get right back to changing things

Go with the dream and not control it, becoming deeper and more in control!

i dream once a month: if that

the moment i realize i am dreaming, i wake up

I had sleep paralysis once. It was probably a pretty mild case but I'll share it if it'll help you. I was staring at the end of my bed and these two girls I knew IRL were zombies, and I don't mean cheesey tv zombies, I mean they were dead, rotting, mobile corpses, climbing up onto my bed to eat me. I was scared out of my wits for the one second that it lasted. I pulled my phone out and just tried to relax, eventually I was able to go back to sleep.

What I am saying is that it's a spooky experience, but it's not scarring. Your heart will race and you'll have a good new story to tell but it's not something that will affect your day.
