i have a lot of big theories about what could help humanity and our planet as a whole. It involves a lot of crude solutions that could only be implemented over a few generations and would still require a bit of lead. That being said, the end goal is a lot of free time, a lot of freedom, a lot less hypocrisy. It's all theoretical because it goes against some of our prime nature as homo sapiens sapiens. Our modern world is far ahead of how much we've evolved but if we want to make the best of what we have (our dominant intellect over nature, even our own). If we want to have a society that is optimized to the max, we may have to give up or seriously limit some of these natural instincts. Think childbearing for instance, we are growing exponentially but our society is cant provide amazing lives to everyone. Technology could provide pretty accurate data on how much we can afford to be with the overall human development index. We could plan ahead instead of reacting to all the shit that's affecting society slowing us down. Humanity could be so much better. So could I, so could you. Getting shredded is one of those many improvements

I didn't answer your question.. The forced 'culture', if you could call it that, would be one implemented by qualified individuals with a goal that is meaningful progress, not by zealous politicians or dictators primarily seeking power, cash, fame and re-elections.
