Give advice ONE piece of advice that helped you build muscle.
>eat more
For years i lifted without eating more, i still have trouble eating 5 times a day but i swear idk how i survived on 2 meals sometines 1 meal a day.
Im 6'3 so i have to eat even more.
At this point im only eating 2.5k but im working my way up to 3k and next month till start working again (back injury due to pin slipping while reracking squat) and then i can eat even more.
Ill keep bulking untill i start to get fat an then maintain untill next summer.

Be short. There’s a glitch where if your height stat is short enough it overrides the value of gym time over results and you can look “bigger” than players running a lanklet build.
Eat the food
Remember to train forearm and traps
Where's your legs though
Provide me with forearm routine please.
Until you stand next to someone who isn't a manlet and you just look like a midget with muscles.
That’s why you play on Korean servers.

This is about 8 months of progress from 112lbs (~50kg) at 6'1.
Ur gud peepool
Upper body shaped like a statue I would let you dominate me and cum in me
How about you share your workout plan. I'm in the same situation. I'm 113 pounds now. I was 107 when I started
That's alittle bit gay
I've been drinking 2-6L of milk a day for the past 4 years. Workout for your body and see what works for you because 95% of the DYEL retards on here post awful advice both objectively and subjectively. Also if you lift for girls you will never make it
I don't really have that much of a workout plan. I have my own little gym in the basement (bench for bench pressing, a regular bench, a pullup bar, dumbbells that I can put weights on, a barbell for the bench, an EZ-bar and weights) and I always do 3 days of training, one day rest. On triceps/chest day I just do a few sets each of pushups and bench presses for chest and a few sets each of skullcrushers and a few variations of bodyweight tricep exercises (don't know the names, but check out AthleanX or ThenX on that) for triceps. On biceps, shoulder, back day I do pullups and barbell rows for back, a few variations of curls for biceps and lateral raises and OHP's for shoulders. Working out is the easy part, diet is the challenge. You need to bulk up, so just eat more. I recommend eating a lot of noodles, anything meat, bread, rice and tuna. I went from 112lbs (50kg) up to 164lbs (74kg) in ~7 months and cut down again to 156lbs (71kg) for summer.
i think my tip would be to listen to your body
also post chest tips please
I know you posted it before but I didn't save it... can you post full routine? With current weight would be cool too
You are goal body, mirin
Thank you. At least I know I'm on the right track since I was do same thing but slight variation.
