I'm doing it to lose weight, I'm cutting hardcore, down 15 pounds, still 30 more to go. Currently 5"10 205, doing OMAD along with Calisthenics 3-4x a week. I need to lose these last 30 pounds in the next 2 months, hence the OMAD

OMAD and jumping rope are a good combo to lose if you stay persistent. Which calisthenics are you using btw and how do you break the 30 mins of rope? The next month I will have no access to weight rooms so I want to follow a calisthenics or murph-like bw routine.
