Ok so high intensity workout for an hour plus 25 mins cardio. Lost 15 lbs in a month doing this. Also drink 2 proton shakes for lunch and breakfast, And eat AFTER you workout. Do this everyday while doing one day an hour cardio, and the other day lifting plus cardio. Good luck. You'll want to die but only the strongest can survive this regiment

This is derp-level thinking. Importantly you've entirely overlooked the loss of lean mass that comes from most approaches to dieting. Deficits and cardio alone =mega Skelly.
Close to 30% of mass lost will be muscle. Do the math genius, and you can see you'll never get lean well like that.

1. Keep protein high
1.5g of protein per pound of body WEIGHT improves body composition and spares muscle
2. Keep lifting
3. Cut gradually, maybe 2 lbs a week
4. Anavar or similar to spare muscle
