Me from the start of this month, started lifting late February. Lifts are 230 lb squat, 240 diddly, 150 lb bench, 115 lb ohp for reps. Any advice? What do you guys estimate my bf%?

Alright buddy, your bf is low, probably 10-12%, but you have got to figure out what decent lighting does for your bod (even though my pic has shit lighting too.)
Second, my recommendation for bench is 4x10 every other day. Got my 1rm up from 150 to 185 in less than 30 days, newbie gains but still, I'd give it a try. Dunno if you've checked out the Schwarzeniggas workout, but that's what he does.

Bench and OHP are 5x5 alternating, squat every workout 3x5, deadlift every other workout 3x5 (was doing stronglifts but noticed my squats were progressing much faster than everything else so I cut two sets and added more deads for more back also [mistake?])

Still workin', started implementing near daily cardio to remove love handles and have been hitting the gym consistently for 6 months. Hit intermediate level on Bench and Overhead press, everything else still Novice. Working on my back the most because it is pretty narrow as of now.

I just go by symmetric strength. For my weight says intermediate is 170lb 1rm for bench, 115lb 1rm for OHP.

used to be like this myself. Basically you gotta eat as close as you can to 4000 cals a day and keep lifting. then you will see results, but it takes very long. but the upside is with enough dedication we will be bigger than manlets can ever dream to be
