At 5'4", my honest recommendation would be to find a "State Normal School" near you: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Normal_school#1857_-_West_of_the_Mississippi_River

These schools, generally speaking, are super skewed towards young females who are looking for relationships. If you have a career path and are attending, say a 30% male school, your chances go way the hell up because of how rare just any guy is.

But yeah if you're in a majority male, tech school as a 5'4" introvert, you're probably fucked unless you like Betabuxxing.

Try your hardest to make as many friends the first 2 weeks because after that everyone is in their clique and if you don't have one by then you're fucked the rest of college. Join a club that takes serious time and people are actually dedicated to (fraternity, band, church, etc.)
