I think cannibalism is less worse. At least they are getting nutrition from it, more necessary than getting their nut in a dead person

It depends on the situation the cannibals are in. If they're living with fewer resources then sure, but if it's just a preference then fuck them, even giving your body to the earth is better (there are farms that use corpses for agriculture supposedly). Best would be to go with the necrophiliacs if they dispose of the body properly afterwards. Or if it's not an either-or maybe give it to necrophile cannibals to fulfill both demands. Athough these days giving your body to medicine or science for experimentation or medical training / transplants is probably best, but that's outside of the options mentioned by OP.

Objectively, necrophilia is a fetish that develops relatively spontaneously in people, ie. they can't really help it, while cannibalism is a conscious choice aside from extreme circumstances.
For my own body, I'd rather go with cannibals, though only by a thin margin.

cannibalism, i find that a lot more disgusting because it's completely mindless and unecessary. Not to say having sex with corpses is necessary but wanting to have sex with an intact human who potentially is still sexually attractive and just looks like they're sleeping is a lot less inhumane and disgusting than cutting a person into pieces
