When you say you do "weightlifting" most normalfags think you mean bodybuilding, or general athletic training. If you do Oly, the safest thing to say is "Olympic style weightlifting"

OP just like another user said might actually be right for once. Made almost 0 progress while on PHUL. I thought maybe because I wasn't eating enough but now I am starting to question it. Especially because I was supposed to get begginer gains and people claim that if you are a new lifter you may even get some gains while cutting too.
