What does he say about it? I haven't watched him in a long time
Varg is a twink beta hypocrite who would die in the society he preaches about. He talks about how useless muscle is in the wild and how it takes up too many calories but he forgets that the romans described Germanic tribes as tall, muscular, broad shouldered, etc.
Based retard Varg
>but muh muscle takes up too many calories!!!
Maybe romana were like normies today and the germanics weren't that big
>be atheist and welfare nigger
>copy the rhetoric of Apostle Paul, incorporate catholic ethics without all the parts about how important faith is
>pretend it's original paganism
>...?
>Profit
he isnt right about anything. hes a retarded lunatic
You're fucking retarded if you think those guys were the size of modern day Jow Forumsizens. They also made statues of 3 headed dogs, do you think those are real? Spoiler, artist embellish. Food was available but not to today's availability. And they didn't spend time in gyms. Very few dudes were Xbox huge back then.
Objectively speaking body building is pointless. However, it's a lot of fun and gives you new goals all the time, so I have no problem with people working out to look better or get bigger.
Personally I think calisthenics give people more usable strength, with the added downside of making people look like twinks.
TL;DR: Do whatever the fuck you want and ignore what other people think about it.
Dude also bases how big Americans were by looking at comic books
Actually he is not saying that having muscles are bad. He just says that building muscles should be done by doing actual farm/physical work, which develops exactly those muscles and movements that are needed in his life, not artificial meme exercises like bench press, bicep curls, machine exercises etc. I guess that in his opinion dls, rows, pullups, farmer walks, sled push are okay.
Except these are off trajans column, which is accurate and not mythologised in the slightest. It shows Thracians,Dacians said, roman gear and armour that all corresponds to historical records and archeology. Imagine thinking everything ancients made was exaggerated and unrealistic. People could get jacked as fuck without gyms back in the day because they didn't have onions and estrogen in everything. Just look at the drum nigger at the start of this video, I guarantee he's never touched a weight before yet he's jacked youtu.be
Lol you think low body fat = huge. Jesus dude.
why do people even listen to this faggot he only got famous becuase he stabbed some dude from his meme metal band like 30 years ago,guy knows fuck all
"The night I killd Euronymouuuuus"
Post body
You're both kind of right. Tacitus describes the warrior elite of Germany eating a lot of meat and drinking a lot of beer. They clearly had the caloric intake to be able to bulk and spent a lot of time engaging in martial practice.
But statuary friezes depicting the enemies of Rome often made their opponents larger and scary looking in order to make their own soldiers accomplishments seem even greater. i.e being able to vanquish such a tough foe. This was even more pronounced with the Germanic tribes because of the trouble and setbacks the Romans faced in trying to conquer them
t. Classicist
>thinks low body fat is the same as being huge
Dullard.
Just to nip another argument in the bud, there is plenty evidence that Romans and Greeks knew about the link between lifting heavy things and eating lots of meat. It's not a stretch to imagine other cultures figured this out too at a very basic level. They even had gym thots back then too.
>kills a guy
>goes to prison
>marries and wifes first girl he has sex with
>becomes prepper
What part of this is winning?
he's talking about survivalism and family values and if you're a true european family man you should not have time for lifting
how can you take this man serious?
