What if I only ate one meal a day and drank tea the rest of the day ?

Example: tea (morning), curry chicken (noon), tea (evening)

Would that make me lose all of my weigh ?

That's the wrong way of getting a masculine body. It'll just fuck up your metabolism and steal what little mass mass you have.

Eat 2000 calories a day and lift heavy. Sculpt your upper chest with muscle to get rid of the droopy / moobs thing going on. That means hitting the bench.

If you're under 18, hormone fluctuations can sometimes cause gyno and later the effects disappear. But for now build as much muscle as you can and if in a year or two the results are unsatisfactory, surgery is low risk and rather affordable for it.

The answer is to lean bulk and lift heavy and train chest like a mad man. Then cut down. Though id go get blood work done. I had blood work done and its just that I store most of my fat in my chest and stomach compared to other body parts. So im currently cutting after saying what Im telling you

To increase the amount of calories you need with a slight surplus so you wont become a fat fuck.

To decrease the amount of calories you need to lose weight and in the case of lifting you want to lose fat and keep the muscle you put on.

You can get these numbers from using a tdee calculator and entering your weight and height. Lastly you should buy a food scale and learn to count cals. Its a long process but its what you have to do when you are cursed

Just go to the doctor and tell them you think you have gyno or just say I think I have a hormone issue and show them your chest. And they'll do blood test to see.

I'm not sure why people are always so confused whether it's gyno or not. A normal tit should feel like your regular fat roll, gyno feels like firm tissue. Maybe it's just me, but it's really damn obvious for my tits.
