Lifting for three hours per day 6 days per week

Any reasons I shouldn't do this? Just for the next 6 weeks or so I've got a lot of free time, should I be lifting 3 hours a day 6 days a week?

if you can lift 3 hours a day for 6 days a week you're either
- a completely new DYEL
-lifting lightweights
-spending 10 minutes resting in between sets

Sounds stupid desu. You should be lifting so hard you can’t lift the next day

Unironically how you reach overtraining

she has amazing nudes

that is the old school method of training which has been thoroughly debunked
it's better do medium intensity work every day than it is high intensity 3 days a week

Or a hyped up roider taking hits off a crack pipe every set

I’ve been doing this with my buddy for the past 4 days because we’re free in the morning and I can definitely tell my body needs a break

if u were to do lots of sets in high intensity to acquire high volume i think that you'd get more gains

who dis

So greyskull is bullshit?

only milk these if you enjoy the taste of plastic.

dont know but I say her nudes on /s/

What about 6 day PPL? Is that ok

Muscles still need rest to heal stronger plus its heals proper when its some of the muscle fibers getting damaged rather than majority with excessive high intensity work outs.

Two: mind muscle connection benefits from full contraction and lots of it. Medium intensity allows for lots of reps.

That sounds like over training. I think 1 hour of proper intensity is what you should do per day + 20+min of cardio. 3 hours 6 days a week is way too much and will do more harm than good

fake and gay :/

Even if it’s only for a month or so?

At most an 1 hour and 15-30 minutes. If you can go 3 hours, you are either lifting light weights, your gym is crowded, or you are resting like 10 minutes in between sets.

If you're lifting the right volume, you shouldn't need more than an hour and 30 minutes TOPS.

Try it and find out
You're gonna want some form of intraworkout carbohydrate though, I suggest gatorade or tang powder

An aggressive schedule like this can be done if executed correctly and the movements are split up so that they have ample rest before heavily trained again. This, and along with a clean diet, high quality protein sources, little to no life stress, no girlfriend/family priorities, and good quality sleep.

The body will adapt to stresses if you train, feed, and rest it properly.

I've been training 2-3 hours 5 days a week for the past 7 months lifting HEAVY, and I'm over 40.

The hardest part is the initial mental discipline to get started, and the ongoing mental battles to motivate yourself for the first 3-4 weeks. After that, your body will crave the abuse, and the gains will follow.

underrated

because your cns will be overburdened, you will lose strength instead of gaining it because of natty recovery time and you will be more susceptible to getting sick.
