Meals to replace shit food diet

I have pizza at least 3 times per week, a 10pc chicken mcnugget meal with large fries and large coke (Canadian) at least twice per week, and a full plate of nachos at least 3 times per week.
I eat like this because it is easy, cheap, and tastes great. What meals can I replace these things with at least some of the time that are also easy, cheap, and equally or almost as satisfying?

5'11.5" 150lbs. Almost everything I have on me is muscle or bone, the only fat is minimal and right below my obliques.

Does it not impede my muscle growth? My blood is fine. I'd also like to get rid of the bit of fat I do have.

I could give you a plan that would cut your spending in half or even by 3/4s and only takes 1-2 hours per week to make all your meals, but your doughy ass probably isn't ready for it.

Eating poorly and a non-optimal intake of macros impedes my optimal muscle growth and overall build, does it not? I need to shift my diet to get enough protein and less shitty carbs and sugars, especially since that is probably why I have the bit of fat I do.

I'm not from your shitty country burger, I get to regularly see the doctor at no expense to me. I'm extremely healthy and could be about as healthy as possible for someone in my position if I correct my diet.

Just replace the fries, coke, and nachos with higher protein shit like chicken breast or a healthier carb like rice. Honestly senpai, you can keep the nuggets and pizza so you don't want to kill yourself from your new diet

You could literally replace the soda and fries with the equivalent calorie count in chicken nuggets and be better off.

I highly doubt you're eating all this shit and staying lean unless you're on gear. Even then with the amount of junk you are eating there is no way.

I'm 18, been training martial arts for 12 years, still do muay thai, and lift three times a week. I also don't overeat. I think that's probably why.

Consider having a salad so you get at least some micros and fiber? 1 cucumber, 4-5 vine tomatoes, 1 red onion, 1 green bell pepper, olives if that's your thing, shit ton of feta, tossed with olive oil and red wine vinaigrette is a pretty easy salad to make, veggies are cheap, keeps in fridge for a few days too
