Ah I didn't account for that stuff. Usually my heart is still beating hard for 10 minutes afterwards didn't think of that.
I'm still pretty slow I've only been running 2 weeks now. When I first started I couldn't run 3k at all I could barely do 2 so to me it's an improvement my time
