what do you mean by dismount from muscle up? literally going down from the straight bar dip position? Why the kipping when going down? this + moving your legs behind the bar as much as you can and lower them as slow as you can to the ground
Progressions didn't help me that much though I got 8 seconds of front lever after I started doing ice cream makers exercise and one exercise that I don't know it's name but has similiar motion to deadlift but is upside down, done on pullup bar Legs not that much, but stretching them may be necessary. I was getting cramps when I started to straighten my legs + feet that much Lower back theoretically yes but even though my back is decent, (I can do all the skills I wrote) I had most problems with the front lever, you need to get used to the static position of front lever, do it as often as you can
