Getting a 10/10 girlfriend is in many ways like buying a RTX Titan in SLI for $5000+. That is, it will be great, but it is not at all worth the effort or cost. Anything beyond a 2080 ti single card, or a 7/10 gf, is complete overkill. The slight gain in bragging rights and easier erection for a better looking gf is a waste of resources for little gain.
But to answer your actual question: Be a 9+/10 male, or a multi-millionaire. Have any of those qualities and it won't be a problem.
