Optometry is a huge business. Myopia will never have a cure. Best you can do is get your eyes reshaped through lasers, but you'll suffer from dry eyes and other fucked up shit for the rest of your life.

Stop looking at screens or any type of window for that matter. Do light cardio where you can see the parallax of your surroundings. Proper breathing and head posture. Mew. Fix your gaze so that it is always ahead of you. If done correctly, not only will you see good eye gains, but jaw and face gains as well. The face is meant to be tight and our lifestyle makes this not so.

maybe in the future they'll have this thing called laser eye surgery.

btw what problem do you have, shortsighted, longsighted, astigmatism?

Some asshole in another thread claimed staring at the sun will fix eye issues. Don't do this.

Actually yes
>go outside where you have a nice field of vision
>focus your eyes on something really far away
>hold a few seconds
>then focus on soemthing only a few meters away
>again hold a few second
>then focus on something close
And then start from the beginnjng again, repeat a few sets of multiple reps
I don't know if it actually works if you have bad eyesight, but for me it helped a little.

Wrong you fucking idiot. The idea isn't to stare at the sun, it's to adjust your eyes to the sun's light and not any other type of light.

Some people who barely have myopia can recover completely from a LASIK treatment, but even that can take years, is in no sense guaranteed, and if you barely have myopia why risk it?

What does sunlight have that other light doesn't? The only thing I can think of is UV, and you don't want to subject your eyes to that.

Found the asshole from the other thread

Nearsighted due to years of video game addiction.

>what does sunlight do that other light doesn't?
Post glasses.

nah that's developmental. unless you're going to spend 2h each day outside with active focus on far distant objects, spending money on reading lenses that push your eyes to their blur limit and write everything about your trial into a journey you won't do shit.

I am so fucking disappointed in all the advice from this thread so I'll give it a shot.

The Bates method works fine for most eye issues. See if you can get a copy of the "Art of Seeing" by Bates. It explains everything thoroughly. One exercise that works really well for me is palming, which is just cupping your hands over your eyes for a while in order to relieve eye-strain.

It's not that staring at the sun will work but he has a point somewhere. The sunglasses industry is a big one and it needs to get money from somewhere. Many people believe that sunlight or light in general is somehow bad for your eyes, which is completely made up. And of course you shouldn't stare it you retard.

Thank you user. The second you get adjusted to closer light, the weaker your sight becomes. Literally just stop looking close to you.

I don't wear glasses normally, I wear them to drive only. I'm on the toilet at work on Jow Forums, so I can't go get them, here are my eyes though

you have beautiful eyes for a woman

Mew with your eyes.

Are you a female?

Based retard.

No. What is feminine about them??

Its your overall posture and gaze. Unironically go outside and go for walks in sunlight. Raises t levels and guarantees complete beard growth.

not sure, but my weiner wanted to get a succ from you. now that I've seen your beard I feel ashamed

Chad has 20/20 vision naturally

I've had normal floaters (those that look like bacteria under microscope) for as long as I have memory, but in the last few months I started to get these dark things that I'm not sure are floaters or something else.
They look like the first few seconds of this video:

(pic related)

They're annoying because they follow my focal point, but I can temporarily make them go away by rapidly looking left and right a few times.

They're many and of different sizes, shapes, and degree of "blur" (hope it makes sense).

Does anyone know if there's a solution or a way to reduce them?
Or at least prevent them from worsening.

ways to help this
>dont sit super close to the TV
>find a good balance of proper sitting posture i.e typing posture and distance from computer.
>Don't get a giant computer monitor find a size that comfortably allows you to view everything on screen without sacrificing posture and distance.
>opaque (orange/brown) lighting settings instead of blue light
obviously this is not going to make or break anything but if your genuinely concerned about eye damage little things help.

>opaque (orange/brown) lighting settings instead of blue light
You mean something like f.lux?

Stop fapping. My eyesight has stabilized since then. Remember how they said fapping makes ya blind? Maybe there was some truth to it after all.

Mein Kampf x F

I don't masturbate anymore.

anyone experience with "counter glasses"

>so near-sight means your eyeball is to long because it has adopted to looking at things near you.
>if you get glasses you're eyes are going to worsen again because they want to adopt to your lifestyle.

>now if you use glasses made for Far sighted people your eye has to adopt the other way around and >youre eye needs to get shorter.

anyone had luck with that.
