The point is my dumbbell lat raises are getting too heavy for my arms. I do them strict, locked elbows and raise up to parallel, and while I can do 10x15 like that with the 17.5 kg dumbbells I can only do 2-3 reps. It hurts in my elbows a bit.

I stood that close so my elbow was roughly over the pulley during the whole ROM, so it would always be pulling roughly down. If I want to make it harder I'll just change the peg in the stack.

Reminder that women's 1RMs are fucked different than men's, and that 3x125 for a female is a single at ~130.

You rarely completely tear a muscle. Usually it's a partial tear and it heals over time. Now with complete tears they just sew it together and hope for the best. It's never going to be as good as before injury tho.
