If I recall correctly, Yakob benched close to 120 kg before hopping to AI coaching. I remember him putting up bench webms. Try scouring the archives. He also could do 90 kg on OHP for reps.
I stood that close so my elbow was roughly over the pulley during the whole ROM, so it would always be pulling roughly down. If I want to make it harder I'll just change the peg in the stack.
Reminder that women's 1RMs are fucked different than men's, and that 3x125 for a female is a single at ~130. Meanwhile, my e1rm last cycle was 129, and I feel pretty confident that it'll be at least 135 next time I test. You rarely completely tear a muscle. Usually it's a partial tear and it heals over time. Now with complete tears they just sew it together and hope for the best. It's never going to be as good as before injury tho.
