Many of the things on the list you can get without better genes. You could take steroids for building muscles/being stronger. If you have a lot of money you can get good plastic surgery for a nice jaw/chin/nose/teeth You can have nice hair forever by using minoxidil/finasteride or getting a hair transplant. Even penis enlargement surgery exists now but It's only for length I believe.
