not bad i guess, blood pressure could be lower
The left side of my chest hurts and I have back pains if I walk too much
Am I going to die? I went to the doctor months ago and although they said none of my organs were damaged or whatever, they said I had to diet and excersize. What do robros?
My pressure is always 13/9. What do?
>28 years old
>110/70 BP
>55 bpm at rest
>112 total cholesterol, 47 HDL
>45 triglycerides
I'm healthy as fuck, if it wasn't that fucking nocturia: have to wake up to piss 1-3 times every fucking night since may 2018, it's getting ridicolous.
FUCK YOU
IT'S NOT FUCKING FAIR. FUCK YOU REEEEEEEE
Had a heart attack when I was a newborn baby.
Have had regular episodes of shortness of breath and alternating stinging and numbness in the left side of my body since.
But I'm 25, so it's probably nothing.
I'm going to die of a heart attack/stroke by 30 but other than that, not bad
>numbness in the left side
You mean total numbness like not moving a part of the body or feeling it?
Can someone tell me what's wrong with me? I'm the guy had back and chest pains. Also sometimes my left side feels heavy. I hope it's not too late for me.
The feeling, mostly. But it's probably just an issue with the ole nervous system.
Less salt, more water
Walk more.
Instead of sitting for 8 hours, stand up for 2 hours
Since i cook everything by myself i'm having a balanced and satiating diet without too much effort, plus i lift, which helps keeping body weight low more than anything else (except diet of course).
umm, those happen at the same time? i mean, are they temporally related? Those things MIGHT as well being unrelated, and not even heart-related at all.
PROBABLY well. I drink coca-cola several times daily, take amphetamines near daily and I smoke about a quarter pack of cigs daily. However, I also take vitamin C in high doses daily and I also take magnesium in high doses daily. When I check my blood pressure (sober), it's usually 110/70ish and my resting heart-rate is usually 50-60bpm. While speeding, it's more like 130/90 and my heart-rate is about 90bpm average. I speed more often than not, so I have no idea how healthy my cardiovascular system is. I'm really young, which helps.
Well can you at least tell me if I'm about to die of heart failure or not?
>Those things MIGHT as well being unrelated, and not even heart-related at all.
That's what I was thinking. In any case, I've lived for a quarter of a century now, so if anything was the matter it would have come to a head years ago.
True. It's probably not even worth investigating if it doesn't bother you too much.
>chest and back pains
>when i walk
Each nerve root emerging from your spine delivers the whole sensitive stimulus coming from a specific body part, to your central nervous system.
That body part is defined dermatome: the compression of the nerve root may be causing the chest pain.
tl;dr the back pain may be faking a chest pain as well, pic related.
What is your diet like? What do you eat everyday?
How many hours do you sit in a day?
Do you go for daily walks?
my cardio levels are good to very good according to my fitness tracker
I walk about 15 minutes every day. I'm 5'6 and weigh 202 lbs.
I started off having chest pains though and they're not that common. Most of the time I feel like my left side gets more sensitive and my heart feels like it's popping directly out of my chest sometimes.
lmao how much amphetamines you take a day?
>heart feels like it's popping out of my chest
it's called "palpitations", and it's not necessarly a pathologic finding; it's actually a really aspecific symptom.
Honestly i wouldn't worry about the heart. I would lose weight on the other hand.
It's hard to describe. My heart feels like it's closer to my chest, it feels like it's banging directly against the skin sometimes and my chest feels more sensitive to the touch.
Looks like a sympatic hyperstimulation (might be triggered by a lot of things, even emotional shocks) most likely: what you describe is the conseguence, not the cause.
Yet again, don't worry about the heart if you've already been checked for it.
What if you have chest pains too?
If that's the case, how can I go about treating it?
I forgot to mention I was bitten by a tick a week ago, I don't know if that means anything.
>I was bitten by a tick a week ago
Oh shit youre going to die bro, get to the ER ASAP
Terrible, I get fatigued easily and have trouble with erections
I feel personally attacked by this post, since I was born with transposition of the great arteries.
So far, it's ok-ish. Not being able to drink alcohol or coffee, smoke or do strenuous physical activities can bore you terribly, though.
You're not serious are you?
Please tell me you're fucking with me.
Resting heart rate and blood pressure is good... but I seem to be extremely stress intolerant. Light housework can cause my heart rate to spike dramatically. I'm not fat, but I never work out. I am a little worried that my heart is weak as fuck and that if I get on a treadmill I will have a heart attack.
I use tobacco so probably not ideal, I do exercise everyday though ; however I feel it's not enough to counteract smoking
