Is there a GOATer cardio than cycling?

Is there a GOATer cardio than cycling?

>cheap as fuck
>get places faster (city fags only)
>everyday leg day
>fun way to explore and see things (doesn't even feel like cardio if its a fun route)

You forgot one thing:
>If you want a decent bike, you'll have to cough up a ton of money

i get what youre saying but nothing will either get me pumped up or absolutely break me like rowing does

who needs a decent bike? just buy something that gets you around and pedal on it for an hour. we're not optimising fucking wind resistance here we're just burning cals.

>kills your testacles

nothen persunal kiddo

why make things harder than they need to be? cardio is hard and shitty enough already. if the opportunity arises to burn good numbers of calories in a way that feels effortless, that is the GOAT cardio unless you happen to be interested in maximizing cardio ability

Honestly if you live in a city or by a college or whatever you can get a pretty nice bike for 300>

If you live somewhere hilly then a decently geared Alu frame will cost like 400, its not exactly lottery money

Honestly you should just learn how to run, running newbie gains are unreal and after lile a month or two you'll be able to crank out 30min easy even on your "off" days

Craigslist, LetGo, BikesDirect.com

Don't forget social gains. Races are fun af.

Jump rope is way better cardio than cycling.

>cost is literal pocket change
>can do it virtually anywhere
>burns more calories than cycling or running
>low impact

Yeah, running

How is jumping less impact than cycling?

Started a month ago, insane cardio gains the first 2 weeks but I’ve been stuck around 2-3 minutes for a while now. Was thinking about switching to sprinting....

running rapes your joints though. and it's nowhere near as fun / efficient as cycling.

Buy it second hand. Got a decent schwinn road bike for 85 dollars, including repairs.

Can cause prostate damage.

I say alternating between running and swimming is the all time GOAT cardio program.

>swimming
This is the true answer.

With that being said though, anywhere within a 5 mile radius of your home should be biked/walked too. That radius can be increased with preference, and if you plan accordingly, but that's typically where I draw the line.

Dancing is actually by far the best cardio. Literally nothing, not even money, gets a female wet like a guy that can dance.

>Arms almost as big as his legs

You forgot you need to deal with retarded drivers

If you replace biking as your primary mode of transportation, could you ideally reduce/remove your leg days

i heard it can numb your dick if you have a shitty seat, is this true?

Not buying a heavy ass bike from the 80s with downtube shifters for maximum gains

Depends on what kind of bike you're riding.
