Whenever somebody sees a successful person naive normies admire them for their hard work. They believe hard work leads to success. I, on the otherhand, see them and are reminded of my own perpetual mediocrity and the unfair advantages that they had that I didn't. >I see famous athletes, I see the height, genetic ability, and coaching that they had that I didn't. >I see musicians, I see vocal talent, writing ability, life experience, and connections that help them break out. >I see successful entrepreneurs, I see family connections, creativity, being born at the right time, and privileged backgrounds that many of them have. >I see celebrities, I see superior bone structure, height, and racial benefits. >I see women, I see superior looks that allow them to live a comfortable life simply for just existing. >I see doctors, academics, and other intelligent people, I see unfair genetic intelligence that I don't have. Fuck this gay earth. If there is a God, how cruel he must be to make this fucked up system.
These stories are meant to inspire you to make your own achievements
Owen Hughes
ah yes finding success when you had everything need to have success is so inspiring
Andrew Myers
OP is literally choking on sour grapes lmfao
Colton Lopez
how? I obviously envy the people for what they have and don't discredit how great it probably is I am just being realistic about the system.
Gavin Thompson
But it does. But that's also subjective. I make a good amount and I'm considered "successful" but 43% of the population here is under the poverty line. Move back to where I lived growing up I'm a failure. See how that works?
Justin Jones
You aren't being realistic. Just because you don't have what it takes to be the absolute best (and mind you, every celebrity or successful person you see that's publicized is the generally the top of the top, so it's a very biased sample to compare yourself to) doesn't mean you can't become successful. You don't have to be Einstein to be a successful physicist. The majority of people have the ability to be successful in anything they want, if they can leverage themselves properly.
Adrian Gray
>anything they want, unless i want to be an athlete, musician, entrepreneur, celebrity, or academic
Henry Foster
But why would you want to be those things if you're bad at them?
John Smith
Stop bitching it accomplishes nothing j
Landon Sullivan
i accomplish nothing either way
Adam Thomas
because these things are enjoyable and profitable. and i am not good at them because of factors outside or my control
Grayson Wilson
Lmao keep whining, I'm sure you'll achieve something with that someday. I bet you're a communist cuck, too
Leo Lee
yes, all successful people just got lucky, I could have been someone but no, got bullied in school, got no work done even tho I have insane ability to just do work forever if I am allowed to.
I become really good at certain things, but I am really bad at talking with people so no connections leading to anything ever.
Now im too old and have forgotten everything I was good at because I realized how fucking cucked my life has been.
And when I analyze my life, it all, literally ALL of it boils down to me having a bad body because of bad genetics making me short and weak. thats why it all started going downhill to begin with, fuck this gay earth im gonna choke god when I see that fucking smug dickhead
Justin Mitchell
Steve Jobs was a bastard and put up for adoption
Austin Garcia
Weird, I was going to make a similar thread today. Pretty much all of success is being in the right place and mindset at the right time. All the hard work etc. comes natural afterwards. You won't go from rags to riches without luck.
Nicholas Flores
imagine being a self-defeating loser like some of the retards in this thread
You're just blaming other people as an excuse to hold yourself back because you know that what it takes to make it is hard work and that you will have to suffer. So it's easier to blame others. Just stop being lazy and do one thing to improve yourself like clean your room. Then look up what it takes to get a gcse etc. But no that's too hard. So blame your past and complain on Jow Forums. The time and mental energy it took to write that post you could have written a job application if you took the effort to change the way your brain is geared, but that takes ALOT of effort. It can be done. But it's not for everyone. So make a choice now. You do what your used to, sinking yourself down. Or you fight to go up. It's a fence. Be on the other side of it. Once youre on the right side up of the fence (forward momentum) it's easier to stay on that side of the fence and it is that easy. In life you will suffer. You can suffer because you wallow in self pity and hate and envy or suffer because working to go up is hard, reality check: those athletes, doctors with the brains etc didn't get there from being just born with it you have no idea how much pain and sacrifice and hard work it takes to get on that side of the fence and then succeed further. So make a choice. Change your gear. Choose which side of the fence you want to be on because either way life will suck. You just get to choose how it sucks, sucks to be down or sucks to have to push up. Don't suffer for being a lazy self hating shit. Suffer to be better. Sources: my life.
You know who I am. Get at it. Or get dying. Either way don't be a waste of space.
Asher Scott
thanks homie, i have a couple job interviews in the next few days and i've been nervous and getting self-defeating thoughts, your post put me in a better mood
Logan Wright
Ive has similar thoughts op and let me tell you, thats a good way to build a little hell for yourself We cant control our situation but we can (somewhat) control our attitude towards it When those thoughts pop up, block them out, distract yourself, something to get yourself off that track. Otherwise well spend our whole lives resentful. If the world wont let us have happiness or peace, fucking take it. Next time you bite into some good food, close your eyes and block out everything else. Next time you see someone doing something stupid and careless and selfish, laugh and be grateful youre not such a stupid asshole like him. I know this sounds like normie platitudes but platitudes are truths that have been repeated to death and lost their emotion
how about people who can draw? They were born with eyesight? You can complain about shit all your life and never get good at anything. What a fucking loser. I guess you were just meant to either A. flip patties at mcdonalds or B. be a neet
Your attitude is what determines if you are successful or not. Stop being a dumbass and grow a pair will ya
Ayden Murphy
Blame it on a god. Lol faggot, how about you try to become thrive in something instead of whining on this website. You'd be surprised what you can turn your shit show of a life into.
Ryan Ross
steve jobs parents paid for his school and he met Wozniak at a young age to leech off him
Josiah Cook
since when did all you retarded bootstraps faggots show up here. if your on r9k in all likelihood you are a fucking loser and are nothing. and you faggots are trying to telling me what to do. i'm just spitting facts and everyone is capped in what they can become. for someone to be successful someone has to be a loser
Grayson Ortiz
And you literally have nothing you just mentioned? If you literally have NOTHING not even one thing you mentioned, well I wouldnt believe you
Benjamin Morris
>he has access to the internet and free time >he is complaining about luck and fairness wew, great job there
Jason Turner
you're spitting trash homie. get a life instead of being jealous of hard workers.
Justin Allen
hard workers >had life handed to the on a silver platter
Justin Cook
Thats you bro. Did you work 18 hours today?
Kayden Foster
In what fantasy land to you live? Most of what OP listed is determined by IQ. 110-90 you'll always be stuck being a mindless worker drone and 90> you're guaranteed to be a failure. 110-130 it's possible it will just be really, really tough.
