First playthrough? NCR I think because I loved the ranger armor

NCR. as much as I despise corrupt governments, they really are the best option for the Mojave, as the alternatives are:
>snooty rich technocrat with no concerns except for his own power and grandeur
>glorified raiders held together solely by an aging psychopath with no heirs or commanders competent enough to replace him
>giving Vegas to an AI and leaving the rest of the wasteland to fend for themselves
NCR is really the only hope for long term stability

Realistically it's more that 200 years after a literal nuclear holocaust no one knows how to speak a language that was dead even long before the war. Even so the legion is failed to succumb to the same fate as Rome as soon as Caesar dies.

In theory fallout 2 but in real fallout new vegas. (I got fallout 3 but back in the day my pc couldnt run it so I just sold it to a friend)

The NCR is not the best option for the wasteland.

I only did this in skyrim. Have 200h in skyrim and never went up the hill.
In fallout and oblivion the story is not that annoying

Has anyone ever finished Skyrims main quest line? I have ~400 hours in it (mods be thanked cause god knows the base game sucks ass) and I never went all that far in the main story.

Anything other than House involves being a traitor. No matter how much people try to spin House as evil, it's really always a stretch: the man is good.

Game is an incomplete crap, with Caesar's Legion's successful settlements absent. So the faction boils down to "le ebil", instead of well reasoned extremist.
