Probably no noticeable difference unless you are legitimately low test or are a vegan/don’t somewhat regularly consume foods that naturally have zinc. I’d do 25mg/day. Good diet and lifting with proper sleep and stress reduction would do you better than daily zinc if you lack in those other areas..... but you might have big cummies

Honestly, couldn’t tell you if I was getting my proper zinc intake. Might have to try these boys out just in case
