Start with body weight training every day. Do a routine that is not too taxing but not to easy either. Youll get nice definitions after a month.

This desu. I'm not as heavy as you OP, but I started doing this recently (first time going into Jow Forums territory because I coasted on a physically demanding job). It's been a week and I'm already making solid progress, still DYEL tier and shit, but I feel better and look better.
Routine is just something I figured made sense while I wait for some dumbbells to arrive. The way I see it is, a good diet cooked yourself and avoiding mass made anything combined with a daily routine is never a bad way to start. Better to do something, anything, than get hung up on what to do.
