For me it's that I hate sleeping and I'm really bad at developing habits, but I'm working by keeping a journal and forcing myself to get a clean 6-8 hours of sleep

I can't bring myself to have a rest day. The only time I do take a rest day is when I feel like I'm going to injured something. Other than that. It's a full 7 days a week, 2.5 hours a day.
And I'm trying to break the habit because I know it's not healthy in the long run for either gains, my mental health, and just health in general

I don't fucking know. I've been going to the gym 4 times a week for 3 months and have put 5lbs on my bench like a fucking woman. I'm either retarded, have low testosterone, or both.

Does it even matter what time one goes to sleep as long as they get their recommended hours?

I sleep at ungodly hours of the night and wake up sometimes in the afternoon. I feel fine and the tranquility of the night helps me focus and get work done.

24 hour gyms are expensive but fucking based for people like me
