There is no point to getting Jow Forums in general in modern society. It can add things to your life if you let it but so can tons of other activities if your goal is to make your body the best it can be than of course it is worth it even with narrow shoulders

Saying, ok, I got narrow clavicles so I will put extra work in delts and lats is Comp. Now, DON'T overcomp and fill yourself with synthol or crap. Just make sure to focus on lifts that build more muscle there when you lift.

Well it's whatever you want it to be. Measure once where you use the top, where the bone ends. Then measure another time where you take the muscle/fat into account. Generally you want to measure skeletal ratios

A big upper back will make you look much wider even if your delts don't grow much.
