For instance, if Izlee told me I should be doing something slightly different in my deadlift set up, I'd certainly consider it, and probably at least give it a whirl in training. If Jim Wendler told me I needed to do something patently retarded, like 5/3/1, I'd take a knee so I could laugh in his manlet face.

I was having shoulder problems when I was narrower. Going to max grip helped almost completely get rid of them.

It'll only cause elbow problems if you over tuck. I get more elbow stress from closer grip

Do any of you guys have issues from past injuries that fuck with your current lifts? I have a mal-aligned left arm that hurts at the tricept/elbow joint during some heavier lifts, but I work through the pain. I'm wondering if it's fucking me up slowly. Life is fine otherwise. Having sex, lifting 5 times a week, but I have this constant nagging in my head that's telling me that heavy lifting is going to fuck up my arm. I wonder if seeing a physio will actuall yield positive results or if it'll just end up being a waste of time.
