What's a good starting work out regimen for a male who's not tall? When should I stop and maintain too? I just want to look good and be healthy so nothing extreme!!

I'm not a manlet like pic related I'm pretty average at 5'5"

Any normal lifting routine, also don't "stop and maintain" ever just keep pushing yourself until you can't lift anymore and even when you think you can't lift anymore start working your tendons then lift more.
