There's a fairly well-known female poster here who tells a tale about how her parents controlled her (and continue to) to make sure she would be a "good" girl. I'd guess they're mostly along the lines of female "forever alones" rather than incels, if you want to split hairs. I bet any of them could get dicked down if they wanted to, sure, but just like the male "forever alone" the main problem is the inability to form durable, long-term, fulfilling relationships. Any "incel" could get a prostitute, even with the attached risks due to the legality and the increased cost, but more than the practical problems any incel is aware, consciously or unconsciously, that the prostitute isn't what he wants. It's not just the sex that matters.
The other half of the Chad problem, 80% of the women going for 20% of the men, and the attached hookup culture, is that women who want to go for a more traditional relationship don't have a good avenue to do it through. They can choose to go for the path of the thousand cock stare or they can stay in their rooms, there aren't really ways to do something else. Or if there are, they're obscure and difficult to find or follow.
Both sides understand intrinsically that participating in hookup culture is the opposite of what they want. They want something that's not hookup culture, but hookup culture is, for many, all that's on offer.
