Literally every date I have been on has been either a movie and maybe lunch, and then back to her place, a couple of drinks and a main course at a regular old, non haute cuisine restaurant, or a day at a fair. In all cases, the girl has paid for their share, and we've either caught public transport, or I've driven. What are you guys doing over their in the States? Catching a 3 hour uber ride, eating at a 3 michelin star restaurant, and buying her 2 dozen roses before riding your hired carriage down the boulevard?

Seems pretty reasonable to me. MS and MI at least. TN dates I've had were closer to $20 but those were more a booty call than anything. My recent visit to discord qt ran around $350/day. We stayed in 3 hotels ranging from 160-210/night. Lunch was usually around $50, dinners around $100. Going to a show or movies would be $10-25. Dating game not cheap but it's a lot of fun. We went shopping a few times and I snagged a blazer that goes for $2k+, but paid only $3 for it cuz thrift store. Gotta love charities that don't know what they have. I'd only suggest doing it if you truly enjoy it, but even if not it's worth the effort just to have someone you can grow old with. Think of it like planting a tree. A little bit goes a long way.
