Body weight is a bit boring and the gains you get are shit compared to weight training. ages ago when i was a neet with no life i fucked off weight training for about 4-6 months and done body weight exclusively to see the difference, i got way skinnier and weaker. also, I got on about 70 push ups for one set when i done exclusively body weight, chest still looked shite compared to benching quite a low weight.
