Those long ass words/characters that you see are the URL magnet that you use to find the exact file or whatsoever to download it at your torrent app, now you may ask how to use it, well I don't remember where to click because I haven't been in front of a PC for 2 weeks now, perhaps others can help you with that.

>right side of the screen will show S (seeders) and L (leechers) with numbers beside/under them
>higher number of S/seeders = good thing
>click the one you want, preferably with high number of seeders
>next page will have a "click to download torrent" link
>click it
>you might get a popup asking which program to open this file with
>pick uTorrent
>uTorrent will automatically open and you'll see a popup with the files contained in the torrent

YOu Don't need one as long as you download in moderation and stay away from brand-new releases. If you download a movie within a month of its release, there will be a lot greater of a chance that the movie industry is watching and trying to catch people. Downloading something 5 years old shouldn't cause any issues, on the other hand.
