>CUT THROAT, CUT THROAT, CUT THROAT
Ok we get it ski mask
My favorite band is Gamma Ray. What I like about the band is their live albums are on par or exceed the studio albums. That's how you know they're actually good. I've probably spent like $200 on Gamma Ray CDs. I used to listen to Dragon Force but ever since ZP quit I don't listen to them as much and they definitely don't sound so good live. I also like Metallica. I don't want to sound like some fag who thinks he was born in the wrong time period but I wish I could have seen Metallica back in the 80's and 90's. They're so fucking old now I can't even finish one live song because it sounds like ass. Their live in Seattle '89 on the other hand is kickass.
There are a few songs from entirely different genres I like but they are very limited.
Nice, the songs he made with x are still some of my favourites to this day
From the master himself

ACDC
The Doors, David Bowie, The Black Angels, Pink Floyd, and a bunch of other artists I can't be arsed to mention
Folk punk is pretty boomin. Love Andrew Jackson Jihad.
I like music that makes me feel relaxed and kinda melancholic at the same time.
Frank Ocean, Yung lean, Tyler the creator, Anderson Paak, Mac miller, Kendric Lamar
Sometimes i listen to more indie pop bands like
Tame Impala, Uknown Mortal Orchestra and Gorillaz

I've been listening to Radiohead on repeat for the past two months or so. By the way -- are The Beatles overrated? I always see people praising them like they did to The Smiths, and I didn't like them.

>are The Beatles overrated? I always see people praising them like they did to The Smiths, and I didn't like them.
the beatles were a lot of things, and they did things that no one had ever done before. they were very good musicians, they were the first mass-hysteria teen sensation, and they were really the first band to use the "studio as an instrument" and make a cohesive album. it's hard to state their significance in pop music and culture without making them sound overrated. i personally like their music, but i'm not in love with it.
>deadmau5
>Aphex Twin
>Timecop1983
>Autechre
>1991 (Axel Backman)

I listen mostly to extreme metal and electronic. Metal is usually on the melodic (and progressive) side, though I sometimes like more brutal and raw stuff like BM.
Electronic stuff I like is usually the faster and weird stuff, eurobeat, core stuff, touhou remixes, glitch and noise
Here's some stuff I like

It's cliche, but somewhat true. My favorite genres, however, would have to be blues. I like classical, rock, jazz also, etc. Recently been getting into metal, particularly black. Any suggestions similar to Drudkh are appreciated, or suggestions in general, I'm always looking for new music.
