Incompatibility with certain antidepressants. Lexapro made me tired and feel like an emotionless zombie. Although i stopped wanting to kill myself out of guilt and incompetence, now i wanted to kill myself because of emptiness and loss of enjoyment for things.

Chronically taking stimulants to experience your emotions intensely as possible to the point they just dissolve into numbness and nothing phases you anymore. You don't need anything illegal. Just take some nascent iodine, korean ginseng, maca root, shatavari, and ashwagandha for a few months without a break and you will be right fucked up.

At first you might notice you've started raging at small things like a fork looking at you wrong but soon you'll want something more meaningful to get angry about. Your senses will be so heightened you'll start to notice things that other people don't, like there being a titanium pentagon in the moon's composition shown on the JPL's website or something like that. Maybe you'll see a tessellated geodesic polyhedron pattern radiating out from it that will have you convinced there are aliens hiding inside that hollowed out harvested planet we call the moon that keeps our souls trapped in a compulsive cycle of reincarnation on this spinning hellhole called earth. By now you probably won't even care what got your heart in such a tizzy before because you're too busy on a mission to save humanity from interdimensional aliens who designed our DNA millions of years ago using advanced AI that planted prophecies into our genetic code that would eventually come true to convince us into irrational belief and worship of these demons, who were playing as both the good and evil sides all along, preying on our naivety and imagination that there's some great being out there that will come to our rescue when really we were created in the image of a monster, but you can keep going if you want until your fuse completely blows.

When you finally burn out and come down from all that nonsense you'll appreciate how little you actually felt before experiencing all that. All that used to seem so immense and overwhelming to you will just feel like the tutorial mode you skipped.

-Do the same exact thing everyday without new routines. Try to eat the same thing and sleep at the same time

-Lie to everyone and everyone without any reason. If you give it a reason, it wont work. Someone asks you where the bus stop is? Tell them it's on the other end.

-Keep watching videos of others doing fun stuff that you will never do

-find a difficult dream and follow. I know this sounds gay but just trust me.

-Distance anyone, including your family.

-try to live alone, even a car would do.

-keep that dream I told you about

-get a job

-try to ask for a promotion after a while

-don't change your clothes as mucb as possible, but do clean them please

-Try to taste your own semen to test your reaction

-If you jerk away or hesitate, you still have something to live for. If you haven't, then you're ready for the next step. I can't tell you what the next step is, I don't know, but you are close.

Be aware of them. Realize how pointless each and every one of them is.

The goal is not to kill your emotion, just to discipline your emotions to be productive and fair.
