I don't know about your store, but mine is a shit show. Management is corrupt and ineffectual; they're more concerned with getting bonuses than running the place properly and it shows. We're chronically understaffed, the customers are pissed, we can't keep employees, the ones we have are the most worthless bunch of cunts you've ever seen, and there is no structure whatsoever. I've had to unload the truck nine fucking times. I've been busting my ass since day one and gotten zero appreciation.

I had this old fuck one time looking for a certain type of ear muffs what we didn't have, and was asking me about different ones in stock. I told him the truth about the product that it wouldn't do what he wanted and he said "Well you just lost a sale"

i use to work there. i was a loader. best job i ever had so far. i always liked the smell walking in the morning. i was only a seasonal worker but being a loader in the front of the store was the best 5 months i had ever in a long time. rlly good money too i made like 6 thousand

Well if you were seasonal before and you weren't god awful they'll hire you again on the spot. You're in season again. Good luck getting a permanent spot, though, especially since you have to track down someone who is certified to train you repeatedly with a forklift. And if you had one before and stopped working there for a year, you'll have to be tested again.
Also if your store is doing to well, the soulless multinational automatons will lay people off because then they think the store can function well understaffed.

It wasn't that bad. I made about $13 something an hour and was a CSR for inside home/garden. Really all I had to do was watch out for shoplifters and convince people to buy grills which was easy. Granted the pay was kinda ass considering that I lived in Seattle and rent was obscene.
